By accessing and using any of the Worldwide Library Initiative (WLI) websites, services, and affiliated platforms, including but not limited to www.mayanlibrary.org, www.mexicanlibrary.org, www.bioregiones.org, www.worldwidelibrary.org, and any future affiliated sites, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use. All content provided by WLI, including text, images, videos, multimedia, databases, and educational material, is the property of WLI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property, copyright, and applicable international laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content solely for personal, educational, or research purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of content without prior written consent from WLI is strictly prohibited. WLI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to its websites and services at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using WLI platforms.
WLI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of the information provided on its websites and disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use of its services or content. WLI provides educational, cultural, and research-oriented content intended to enhance global knowledge sharing. Users understand that participation in any WLI programs, events, or services is voluntary, and WLI is not liable for any personal, legal, or financial consequences resulting from such participation. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, account information, and devices used to access WLI services. Unauthorized access, misuse, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited, and WLI reserves the right to report any unlawful activity to legal authorities.
Privacy Policy
The Worldwide Library Initiative is committed to protecting the privacy of all users and ensuring compliance with global data protection laws. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected across WLI websites and affiliated platforms.
